How to reach IST Congress Center

From Saldanha metro station, take the exit to Jardim Arco do Cego, Av. Duque de Ávila. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk (approximately 350 m) to the Av. Rovisco Pais IST entrance.
From Alameda metro station, it’s an 8-minute walk (around 450 m) to the Av. Manuel da Maia IST entrance but be prepared for a steep incline!

From Rato metro station, it’s a 16-minute walk (1.1 km). Take Rua da Escola Politécnica for about 500 m, then turn right onto Rua de São Marçal for another 500 m.
From Baixa-Chiado metro station, take the Rua Garrett exit. From there, it’s a 14-minute walk for 950 m. Be prepared for steep inclines!

From Baixa-Chiado metro station, take the Rua do Crucifixo/Rua da Vitória exit. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk (approximately 400 m) to Praça do Comércio.
From Terreiro do Paço metro station, there’s an exit at the southeast corner of Praça do Comércio, near the east-facing tower (Torreão Nascente). Exit there and walk across to the opposite side of the square (a 6-minute walk, about 450 m).
