Abstract Submission
Before submitting the abstract, registration of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.
In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline.
For each abstract submitted the authors, topic and type of presentation must be indicated.
Submission guidelines
Abstracts are to be written in English and should be submitted electronically using the ICCDU 2025 Webpage “Abstract Submission” system, entering the author list (author and co-author/s) and affiliations in the same order as in the abstract.
Abstracts should state briefly and clearly the objectives, methods, new results and conclusions or significance of the work.
Please use this Abstract Template to correctly format your contribution and upload it as .docx file. Authors should respect this layout and format, limiting the entire abstract to one A4 page, including all figures (optional and max. size 1 MB) or tables (optional). Abstracts with more than one A4 page will not be accepted.
Authors can submit an abstract for an oral or a poster presentation.
Abstracts have to be submitted by 17 January 2025 (23:59 GMT +1 h) at the latest. Abstracts received after this date will not be evaluated.
Authors should select one conference topic for each abstract.
The selection of the contributions will be based on the review of the abstracts by the Scientific Board of ICCDU 2025.
