Instituto Superior Técnico (Alameda Campus) is well connected by public transport. The venue is accessible via metro (Alameda or Saldanha stations), bus, and taxi. The conference will be held at Centro de Congressos. More information can be found at this link.

Your badge will be given at the conference registration desks. It is your "ticket" into all conference activities (sessions, exhibitions, meals, and receptions), must be worn at all times, and is not transferable.
The registration fee includes:
  • Conference participation
  • Online access to the Book of Abstracts
  • Coffee breaks and lunches (June 24–27)
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference Gala Dinner
  • Social event (excursion/tour)
All travel costs, including airfare and accommodation, are the responsibility of the attendee. More information at this link.
Poster Communications:
  • Format: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm)
  • Installation: Bring your poster on Tuesday, June 24, and install it in the designated area (preferably in the morning)
  • Removal: Remove it on Thursday, June 26, at the end of the presentations
  • Note: Do not bring posters to the Welcome Session on Monday
Oral Communications:
  • Each talk: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
  • Presentation files: Submit to the session chair as early as possible, ideally at the start of the day
The conference venue (IST Congress Center) is equipped with elevators and accessible facilities. If you have specific needs, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
